Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. OnlyDM is intended for professional adult-content creators and agencies.
The service
OnlyDM is an automation tool that you control. It generates and sends replies to fan messages on platforms you connect, using credentials you provide, through those platforms' official access methods. You remain responsible for the content sent from your accounts.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each platform you connect (OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, ManyVids, etc.), including their rules on automation and AI disclosure.
- You will not use OnlyDM for anything illegal, for non-consensual content, or to impersonate another person without authorization.
- You will keep your login secure and are responsible for activity under your account.
AI-generated content & disclosure
Replies may be generated by AI. You are responsible for how you use them and for any platform-required disclosure that automation or AI is in use. We provide human-in-the-loop review and an optional AI-labeling setting to help you stay compliant.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices may change with notice. See the Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
Acceptable use
No spamming, scraping, reselling the service, reverse-engineering, or attempting to breach security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk.
Disclaimer
OnlyDM is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee specific earnings, results, uptime, or that the service will meet every platform's rules at all times. Marketing figures are illustrative and individual results vary.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or platform account actions taken against you.
Termination
You can cancel anytime. We may terminate for breach. On termination your access ends and you may delete your data from the Account page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OnlyDM operates; update this with your registered jurisdiction before launch.
