Who we are
OnlyDM ("we", "us") provides AI-assisted direct-message automation for content creators. For privacy questions, contact us at the email in your account dashboard.
What we collect
- Account data — your email address and login sessions.
- Persona & settings — the voice, niche, boundaries and PPV pricing you configure.
- Conversation data — fan messages you route through OnlyDM and the replies generated, so the AI can respond in context.
- Billing data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we store only a customer/subscription reference, never card numbers.
- Technical data — IP address and basic logs for security and rate-limiting.
How we use it
To operate the service: authenticate you, generate and queue replies, show your analytics, process your subscription, prevent abuse, and provide support. We do not sell your data.
Sub-processors
We share data only with the providers needed to run the service: Stripe (payments), our email provider (login links and notifications), and our AI provider (to generate replies). Each processes data under its own terms and only as needed.
Self-hosted option
On a self-hosted deployment, your fan and conversation data stay entirely on your own infrastructure and are never sent to us.
Data retention
We keep account and conversation data while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from the Account page; we remove it promptly thereafter, except where we must retain limited records for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights (GDPR/UK GDPR)
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Use the Account page or contact us. EU/UK users may also complain to their local data-protection authority.
Security
Credentials are stored hashed/encrypted where applicable, sessions are httponly, traffic is served over HTTPS in production, and access is rate-limited. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Children
OnlyDM is strictly for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
